Confirm portal users and access permissions.
Confirm notification recipients for delivery, billing, and support updates.
Confirm your expected launch date and initial volume plan.
Delivery setup
Confirm your preferred delivery method: portal, webhook, email, Google Sheets, SMS, or CRM.
Complete test deliveries before production traffic begins.
Confirm required field mapping in your receiving system.
Confirm duplicate handling in your CRM or intake system.
Confirm your team knows where delivered leads will appear.
Reporting setup
Confirm which users need portal access.
Review the Leads page and export workflow.
Confirm source, campaign, and SubID reporting expectations.
Confirm how quality claims should be submitted.
Confirm billing visibility and invoice recipients.
Compliance setup
Confirm what consent evidence is required for your vertical.
Confirm whether TCPA/source proof exports are enabled for your account.
Confirm how your team handles consumer opt-out requests.
Confirm the escalation path for compliance questions.

Before launch, buyers should be able to answer yes to each question:
