The buyer portal gives approved buyers a secure place to review delivered leads, billing visibility, quality claims, account settings, and beta delivery diagnostics where enabled.

  • Returns, disputes, or Quality Claims.

What buyers can self-serve

Depending on account configuration, buyers may be able to:

  • View delivered leads.

  • Export delivered leads.

  • View lead detail and compliance/source evidence.

  • Lower caps.

  • Pause or resume owned offers.

  • View invoices, balance, and ledger entries.

  • Update notification email, CC emails, webhook URL, phone, SMS number, and Google Sheets settings.

  • File objective quality claims.

  • Upload evidence for claims.

  • Send non-billable test webhook payloads where beta tools are enabled.

What requires admin approval
